Hey, I’m Mike. As a kid, I was great at sports until a serious operation put an end to that, and err, well… discovering pubs and girls played a big part, too.
After my son was born (in my 40s), I realised I needed to take back control of my own health and fitness. (Bad back, beer belly, could barely run between two lampposts).
Over the last few years, I’ve rebuilt my habits, stopped drinking, got in shape, and become a qualified personal trainer along the way.
Now I help people who feel tired, unfit, overwhelmed or stuck rebuild their confidence and transform their health through simple, evidence-based coaching.
