These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Fit Dad Alliance program and associated services delivered via the Kajunas app and other communication channels.
By signing up for or participating in The Fit Dad Alliance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Fit Dad Alliance is a monthly subscription-based coaching program providing:
Group coaching and support
Access to bespoke training plans and nutrition guidance via the Kajunas app
Weekly live Zoom calls
Access to a members-only community
By joining The Fit Dad Alliance, you agree to:
Follow the coaching guidance to the best of your ability
Take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing
Inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your training
Not share, copy, or distribute content from the program or the app with non-members
Treat other members and coaches with respect and professionalism at all times
All training, messaging, and resources are delivered through the Kajunas app.
By using the app, you agree to Kajunas’ own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at https://kajunas.com. I am not responsible for any technical issues or outages within the Kajunas platform but will support you in resolving issues.
The Fit Dad Alliance is a recurring subscription charged monthly at £97 per month or a one-time payment £257 unless otherwise agreed.
The initial term is for 3 months. Following the initial 3 month term you may continue on a rolling month to month term at £97 per month or end your involvement.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You can cancel your membership at any time with no further charges by notifying us or cancelling directly via your account.
During the initial 90-Days there is a 30-Day money back guarantee.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
I reserve the right to terminate or suspend access without financial reimbursement if:
You breach these Terms
You engage in inappropriate or abusive behaviour toward coaches or members
Payment fails or is not completed after reminders
Your results will depend on your effort, consistency, and personal circumstances. I make no guarantees of specific results. This program is designed to support, guide, and educate. It is not a substitute for medical advice or personal health care.

By participating in The Fit Dad Alliance, you acknowledge and agree that:
All exercise and nutrition advice is followed voluntarily and at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for your health and safety during all training and activities, including workouts performed independently or through app-guided instruction.
Mike Maddox, affiliates, and representatives accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, accident, death, or loss (including but not limited to income, earnings, or employment) that may occur during or as a result of your participation in the program.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any exercise or nutrition undertaken is suitable for you and that you have consulted a medical professional if you have any health concerns.
If at any point you feel unwell, stop training and seek immediate medical attention.
All materials, videos, guides, and workouts provided within The Fit Dad Alliance or via the Kajunas app are the property of Mike Maddox and are protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, share, or reproduce any part of the program content without express permission.
I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your data. Please see My Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.
I may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you via email or in-app announcements. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
