Q: How often will we be in contact?
We’ll have an initial meeting (up to 60 minutes) to set your goals. After that, you can message me any time (Mon–Fri, 9–5) via the app. Then every week we can have a check-in call (up to 30 minutes) if required to monitor progress and review 1-1.
Q: How does it work day to day?
Once you’re in, you’ll have access to the app where all your training and guides live. You do the work, I monitor progress, and we tweak as we go every week.
Q: Is this effective for beginners?
Absolutely. I work primarily with busy, stressed parents over 40 with little training experience who want to lose weight without adding more stress. Everything’s tailored to your goals, with clear guidance to help you progress safely and effectively.
Q: What if I have injuries or health concerns?
We’ll discuss any issues in your consultation and adapt everything accordingly. Your safety comes first.
Q: What if I get injured, sick, or something unexpected comes up?
Life happens, and that’s built into the way I coach. If you get injured or ill, we’ll pause, adjust, or modify your plan depending on what’s needed.
Your program is flexible, and I’ll make sure you’re not doing anything unsafe or unrealistic while you recover.
Q: How soon will I see results?
Most clients notice better energy and mood within a few weeks, with visible physical changes by 8–12 weeks of consistent effort.
Q: Will I need to track my food?
It’s helpful at first, as it builds awareness and helps you learn portion sizes, but I can offer flexible options like portion control or mindful eating if tracking isn’t for you.
