No rules. No pressure. Just a short pause to think differently.
Tired mornings.
Broken weekends.
The quiet “not again” thoughts.
…but you don’t want labels, willpower battles, or a big life decision…
This is a simple place to pause and reflect.
The Alcohol Freedom Window is a five-minute guided reflection.
You’ll answer six simple questions that help you notice:
• why you reach for a drink
• what’s actually driving the urge
• and what’s been running on autopilot
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to force.
Just awareness.
When the pattern becomes visible, it stops running the show in the same way.
You don’t have to fight it.
You just see it.
And that creates the space to respond instead of react.
You’ll also receive a short, optional email series with a few simple tools to help you stay curious over the next few days.
No spam. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Hey, I’m Mike.
Alcohol-free since 2019.
I’m a dad, a coach, and someone who grew up deeply rooted in the UK’s drinking culture.
In 2019, after too many foggy mornings and a quiet moment thinking “Is this it?”, I decided to take a short break from drinking.
Not because I had a problem.
Not to quit forever.
But because I wanted to feel better.
That pause changed things.
More energy, better sleep, a calmer mind, clearer decisions and a stronger sense of who I am.
I didn’t “quit for good”.
I just stepped back and saw things differently.
The Alcohol Freedom Window is the reflection I wish I’d had when I started.
No labels. No pressure. Just space.
